We would like to invite you to the 21st annual South Carolina Bar-B-Que Shag Festival - the hottest social event in South Carolina. We have something for the young as well as the young at heart. Lots of fun for everyone!

Events start on Thursday night with wristband night where the kids ride again and again with the purchase of a $12.00 wristband. On Friday we have the taste of the Low Country with some of your best Southern favorites.

This year we will have an outdoor section for the guys with hunting and fishing supplies as well as that new boat you might be looking for. The night sky will be lit up with the fireworks show while the cookers prepare their hogs for the $3000.00 cookoff.

The D.J. will be playing all your favorite beach music while the crowd dances away on our wooden dance floor. Food vendors and crafters will be selling their wares as the crowd enjoys old friends and makes new ones. Saturday brings the car show, more dancing and entertainment, the grand arrival of the Swingin' Sows and other celebrities, as well as the announcement of the B.B.Q. cookoff winners.

There are plenty of things to do for everyone, so come to Hemingway and spend your weekend with us.
